PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (new drops, holidays), processing may extend to 7 business days.

SOUTH AFRICA — DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Standard: 5–10 business days — Free on orders over R800
  • Express: 2–4 business days — R150 flat rate

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days
  • Free on orders over R1,500
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

TRACKING All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS Some apparel items are fulfilled via our print-on-demand partners (Printify). These ship separately and may arrive in a different parcel to jewelry or accessories.

DROPSHIPPED ITEMS Some jewelry and accessory items are fulfilled via our fulfilment partners. Delivery times for these items may be 10–18 business days.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email hitmaking1@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.
