THE STANDARD At HitMa'KING, every product is curated with intention. We stand behind the quality of what we build. If something is not right, we will make it right.

RETURN WINDOW Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Apparel (hoodies, tees, crewnecks, joggers) — eligible if unworn and in original condition
  • Headwear — eligible if unworn and in original condition
  • Wall art — eligible if undamaged and in original packaging

FINAL SALE — NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • All jewelry (chains, bracelets, rings, necklaces, pendants)
  • Digital products (guides, toolkits, downloads)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalised items

HOW TO RETURN Email hitmaking1@gmail.com with subject: "RETURN — [Order Number]" Include: order number, reason for return, photo of item. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping — HitMa'KING is not responsible for lost return parcels.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. A 10% restocking fee applies.

EXCHANGES We offer size exchanges on apparel subject to stock availability. Email us within 14 days of delivery.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
