HitmaKING is a South African premium streetwear brand. Our store is operated through Shopify and ships domestically and internationally.

2. ELIGIBILITY

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Some products are produced on demand via print partners (Printify). Production times apply in addition to shipping times.

4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

6. SHIPPING
Shipping times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of HitmaKING. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitmaKING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
